Support Function Gap Analysis
This assignment required the assembly and leadership of an international, multi-disciplined audit team to evaluate the F&A, IT, HSSEQ, HR, legal, commercial and procurement capabilities of an oil and gas exploration unit in Angola.
A new approach was piloted, combining audit, gap analysis and MoC workshops. The ultimate deliverable was a detailed and risk-ranked action plan identifying the steps needed to enable the local organization to a) support future growth, b) align with corporate transformation goals and c) become a significant production unit. The audit report was delivered to the Corporate CFO and an action plan developed with, and handed over to, the in-country MD.
