Hann Tucker provide acoustic consultancy for sound transmission regulations between apartments and homes to help reduce the noise levels. They also provide sound testing services to ensure noise levels stay within regulation.
When their previous consultant retired, Hann Tucker contacted QFactorial to support and maintain their ISO 17025 certification.
Inheriting a legacy system from their now retired consultant, QFactorial was tasked with taking over and ensuring the continued compliance and accreditation of ISO 17025 for the client.

QFactorial has carried out annual internal audits and offered enhancement suggestions to be adopted into the client’s quality management system since 2019. Our audit focus has covered both compliance and improvement in order to maximise client value from the audit process.
The client has a positive attitude with a drive to succeed and improve. This includes striving beyond the baseline of standards and pushing their clients to the same - a small change can make a big difference in decibels, improving the quality of life for residents. Testing in accordance with ISO 17025 has helped to achieve this.
Whilst having always passed their audits well, under QFactorial Hann Tucker achieved zero nonconformities in their last two audits. UKAS went on to comment on the thoroughness and effectiveness of our internal audits.
